Harry Potter 7 will be two films
|
Warner Brothers recently announced that the seventh Harry Potter Film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, will be shown in two parts. David Yates is returning as director. You can read the whole article here. “Over ten years ago, we made a commitment to Jo Rowling that, above all else, we would be faithful and true to the spirit of her books, and ever since we have endeavored never to compromise on the creative ambitions of the films. The Deathly Hallows is so rich, the story so dense and there is so much that is resolved that after discussing it with Jo, we came to the conclusion that two parts were needed to do it justice” said David Heyman. “I am thrilled that David Yates is returning to direct ‘The Deathly Hallows.’ He is both inspired and inspiring and is a passionate fan of the remarkable world and characters Jo has created. I know he will lead our incomparable cast and crew—most of whom have been with us since the very beginning—in bringing the series to the unforgettable conclusion it deserves.”

Promotional images

I just wanted to update with a couple new Bonnie/Ginny promotional pics from Order of the Phoenix. Also, I would like to wish our visitors a Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays! Thanks for visiting! I was also wondering if anyone would donate any Bonnie behind-the-scenes/interview caps from the OOTP DVD special features if there are any?

Half-Blood Prince press release
|
Warner Brothers has released a press release for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Many fans were worried Bonnie/Ginny would be ignored again, but this might prove otherwise. ... Meanwhile, the students are under attack from a very different adversary as teenage hormones rage across the ramparts. Harry finds himself more and more drawn to Ginny, but so is Dean Thomas. And Lavender Brown has decided that Ron is the one for her, only she hadn't counted on Romilda Vane's chocolates! And then there's Hermione, simpering with jealously but determined not to show her feelings. As romance blossoms, one student remains aloof. He is determined to make his mark, albeit a dark one. Love is in the air, but tragedy lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same again. You can read the full synopsis and view the released and first promotional still at HPANA.
